Atland Voisin has acquired four senior residences located in Braga, Santarém, Leiria, and Coimbra for approximately €20 million.

The senior residences were acquired by two funds managed by Atland Voisin as part of a sale and leaseback process, which involved legal and operational preparations to ensure the continuity of the underlying operation.

Atland Voisin is a regulated French portfolio management company specialising in real estate investments. As a key subsidiary of the publicly listed ATLAND group, it primarily creates and manages SCPIs (real estate investment trusts or REITs) for tens of thousands of individual savers and institutional investors.

CMS Portugal provided legal support throughout all phases of the project, which initially included legal due diligence, the establishment of branches in Portugal, and assistance in negotiating all transaction documents.
