Celebrity personal trainer at The Oitavos

Celebrity personal trainer Dan Roberts will challenge would-be-fitness fans to test their limits at The Oitavos hotel, Cascais between 10-13 May. The challenge is part of the presentation of the Wellness and Fitness programme in partnership with The Dan Roberts Group.

 

The Oitavos Hotel will present its Wellness and Fitness programme for the second year running, in partnership with The Dan Roberts Group with a holistic fitness and wellness activity that will run between 10 and 13 May 2018.

This programme has been designed with fitness fans and lovers of the open air in mind. Those taking part will be taken on an exclusive personalised fitness day which will help each participant to discover their inherent athletic qualities.

Celebrity personal trainer Dan Roberts will challenge participants to test their limits and improve their wellness in stunning surroundings with the sea and the Sintra hills as a backdrop that only the The Oitavos can offer.

The Oitavos offers a unique opportunity to spend four days in an idyllic setting and, at the same time, make the most of the experience with the famous personal trainer Dan Roberts. The Dan Roberts training sessions include individual evaluations and reports, fitness, cycling, HIIT circuits, boxing and kettlebells programme and even trekking to Portugal’s most westerly point Cabo da Roca.

Inspired by his long career working with various sports teams, supermodels and Oscar winning actors and actresses, Dan created “The Oitavos Wellness Program with Dan Roberts” to challenge participants both physically and mentally.

Dan’s goal with this programme is to help the participants at an individual level to improve their muscular imbalances and mobility problems, as well as tips on running, speed and breathing. The programme provides a report with the best type of training to follow that the guest can use after their stay.

To relax and unwind after the training sessions with Dan Roberts, the programme offers treatments in the The Spa – a magical and peaceful place close to the sea.
