Celebrating culture at Bordalo Pinheiro Museum
The Bordalo Pinheiro Museum in Lisbon, which celebrates the works of the multifaceted draftsman and ceramics artist Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, is holding an artistic installation on May 18 consisting in a huge block of swallows by Portuguese artist Madalena Martins to mark International Museums Day.
There will be a number of exhibitions and events, including a guided tour of “Forms of Desire” by João Alpuim Botelho and the presentation of the book “Una Piccola Storia D’Amore – Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro and Maria Visconti” by Isabel Castanheira.
