Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel to open in Algarve

The Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel will open in June next year in Alvor, Algarve.

The hotel will have a total of 70 bedrooms and suites offering standard Longevity rooms, junior suites and the one premium Longevity The One suite.

The Longevity Health & Wellness Centre offers a range of programmes from light programmes for beginners including relax and spa or detox to intensive longer specialised programmes around women’s health optimisation or intense detox and reshape.

Health therapies include cardio-vascular repair and prevention programmes, diabetes, metabolic and sleep optimisation and obesity management programmes.
