Prata Riverside Village wins best housing development award

The Prata Riverside Village has won the award for Best Real Estate Development in the Housing category at this year’s Portugal Property Fair (SIL).

The award for the project by VIC Properties and designed by architect Renzo Piano was given by the AIP Foundation (Association of Portuguese Industry) and the SIL Strategy Council.
The Portuguese Property Fair runs at Lisbon’s Parque das Nações between the 10-13 October at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa exhibitions centre (FIL).
Prata Riverside Village is a development that involves 12 plots of land that will have residential, commercial, offices and other varied facilities.
After the completion of Plot 8, the first to be built, VIC Properties will complete Plot 7 by the end of July 2020 and begin construction on Plot 1 this year.
This development has around 128,000m2 of construction area of which more than 102,000 m2 are for housing and should be completed by 2023.
In addition to the residential area, Prata Riverside Village will have shops, restaurants, galleries, cycle paths and children’s playgrounds serving both the resident community but also visitors from other neighbourhoods it aims to attract.
