Vanguard Properties, one if the most important and prolific real estate development companies in Portugal today, has begun work on its 26-floor Infinity Tower in Lisbon’s Campolide.

The project which has been awarded to Portuguese multi-national construction company Mota-Engil will take 28 months to complete.
Infinity, which will boast fabulous views over Lisbon’s Monsanto Park and over the city and River Tagus, is a luxury apartment development with 26 floors above ground with 195 apartments ranging from T0 to T6, 329 parking places.
The project represents an investment of over €90 million and will have a €50,000m2 construction area. The cost of apartments vary between €4,200m2 and €9,200m2.
The project has been designed by architects Saraiva + Associates with a concentric design comprising three ‘wings’ linked to a central hub from which each ‘wing’ will have its own organisation and style: River, Nature and City.
Some of the apartments, namely the duplex ones, have verandas, high ceilings and gardens. The condominium boasts a number of amenities which are up to the standard seen in the best 5-star hotels such as an outdoor pool on the 24th floor, an indoor pool for adults and another for kids, two event rooms, a spacious gym, kids club, Spa, interior garden patio and padel tennis court.
