The Portuguese bank BCP has sold 11 plots for development at Miraflores near Lisbon.

The plots at Parque dos Cisnes have been sold to three real estate developers in a deal in which the sale prices have not been revealed.
The information was released by the real estate consultants Savills on Thursday which dealt with the sale.
The sale operation was completed in the last quarter of 2020 and the three lots cover a total of 60,000m2.
Taking into account the asking price per square metre in adverts for the sale of plots at Parque dos Cisnes the value of the plots could be around €135 million.
In 2019, BCP sold a plot at Parque dos Cisnes to the Spanish property developer Gestilar for around €80 million according to the Spanish real estate site Eje Prime.
According to Savills and reported in Jornal de Negócios the plots of land will be for mostly residential (development).
There is still one plot available for sale with a building area of 13,198m2 according to the consultants.
Savills says that the sale will contribute to increasing the supply of quality residential housing in the Oeiras area on a housing estate where the urban infrastructure works have been completed.
