DUUO development goes on sale

Off-plan sales have begun for a luxury Lisbon apartment project in which the penthouse will be on sale for €2.8 million.

The project from Belgian investors in the heart of the city in Praça de Espanhã features 280 apartments in two buildings.
Construction on the first housing block with 140 apartments will begin in September and should take two years to complete. The project already offers 27 homes for sale off plan with prices varying between €370,000 to €2.8 million.
The developer is Besix Real Estate Development in partnership with Compagnie du Bois Sauvage began off plan sales over the weekend to the public for the Duuo development.
Located on Avenida António Augusto Aguiar next to Praça de Espanhã, the new development covers 34,000m2, boasts 280 apartments that will be spread out over two condominiums with 140 homes each and developed over two phases.
This is the second project that the two companies have developed together and the first outside Belgium. The project will be marketed and sold by Castelhana and Infante & Riu.
