Victoria Seguros appoints new board members

The SMA Group, the shareholder of insurance company Victoria Seguros, has appointed Carlos Suárez and Francisco Campilho to the board.

Francisco Campilho has also been appointed as managing director. This decision was taken by the administrative board of Victoria Seguros at a meeting on Tuesday, 6 July following the resignation of the then managing director Cyrille Mascarelle.
This decision took effect from 6 July and all the usual legal processes set out as a result of such changes will now be duly followed.
Victoria Seguros has been operating in the Portuguese market since 6 July, offering across-the-board insurance coverage to individuals and companies with a particular focus on life, health, transport, real estate and construction.
