Corporgest develops Lisbon luxury housing

The Portuguese developer Corporgest has completed a €21.6 million refurbishment work to create premium luxury apartments in a building between Largo do Rato and Estrela in Lisbon.

Rehabilitation works had begin in April 2019 on the building which are now called the ‘Alvares Cabral Premium Apartments’.
Of the 13 apartments, nine have already been sold, while the other four have interested buyers who are in the negotiation phase.
The apartments, which so far have been bought by Brazilians, French, an Angolan, a Dane, a Portuguese and a Hong Kong citizen, vary from one to five-bedroom homes with prices ranging from €675,000 to €5 million.
The development covers a gross construction area of 6,200m2 of which 4,000m2 are above street level.
