Consumer Trust at Viva Tech

Consumers Trust was one of eight startups chosen by Portugal’s overseas trade and investment agency AICEP to take part in Viva Tech 2022 which runs until June 18.

Consumers Trust is a Portuguese startup which integrates the platforms Portal de Queixa (Portugal), Libro de Quejas (Spain), Réclame ICI (France) and Complaints Book (South Africa) — it was one of eight startup finalists from among 35 candidates, to take part in a competition organised by AICEP , which took place at Viva Tech, in France, one of the largest technology fairs in Europe.
On June 16 the startup Consumer Trust made its debut on the Portugal Pitch Competition when Pedro Barros Lourenço, CEO and founder of the startup presented the technology startup and the platform that it represents in the French market Réclame ICI. He was joined by Sónia Lage Lourenço, CEO and co-Founder of Portal da Queixa and Nicolas Lemonnier, CEO and Fonder of Réclame ICI.
Pedro Barros Lourenço, CEO and co-founder Consumers Trust said: “Being at the largest startups fair in France – Viva Tech – is without a doubt a very important opportunity to inform about the growth of our French platform Réclame ICI which has resulted from our expansion in Europe. The support of AICEP and Startup Portugal in creating initiatives like Portugal abroad which has promoted the expansion of Portuguese entrepreneurialism around the world.
Consumers Trust is currently a brand in Portugal, France, Spain, and South Africa. Its international strategy is to expand to other markets such as Germany and the United Kingdom.
Consumers Trust aims to help thousands of brands manage their online reputations through its SaaS where brands can interact with consumers, consult their consumers’ experiences and solve their problems.
