CVM to invest €140M TO 2024

The Portuguese group CVM, Construções Vila Maior, is to invest €140 million to 2024 in 15 residential housing buildings.

The project will create 825 homes, of which 425 are currently being built, while work on the other 400 will begin by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
The group’s goal — it operates in the New Build Housing and Rehabilitation sectors — is to consolidate and expand its real estate development business, and be the leader in Vila Nova de Gaia, strengthen its position in Espinho and enter the market in Matosinhos.
Its total real estate development investment is €140 million, €60 million through the group’s company Dunaplana. The other 80 million will be through Grupo CVM participative companies.
The CVM Group has also announced that it will invest in the industrial rental area in which it will invest €15 million by the end of 2023 in Santa Maria da Feira – Parque Empresarial A32 (a business park), with an area of 25,000 m2. Its intention is to continue to buy and invest in the segment with the purchase of new assets. The company was founded in 1999.
