JaBa brings apartments to Barreiro

A new housing project for the south bank of Lisbon’s River Tagus ‘JaBa – Jardim Barreiro’ will create 68 new homes.

Developed by Mazarik and Bastidor from a project designed by Muto – Arquitectura, and marketed for sale by consultants JLL, JaBa comprises three buildings integrated into one development.
The project will be built in front of the Jardim dos Frances in the historic centre of Barreiro and just a stone’s throw away from the river.
JaBa will feature fully-equipped modern apartments, with over 2,000m2 of outdoor areas, including rooftop, verandas and terraces. Available in 1-4 bedroom typologies, all of the apartments will have individual balconies, parking and private storage, in addition to shared leisure facilities including an outdoor pool, outdoor gym, and running track on the last floor.
In addition, the development will also have 1,200m2 of shops, as well as parking with electric charging for electric vehicles and bicycles.
