Semapa issues €100M in bonds through BCP and CGD

Semapa, the main shareholder of The Navigator Company which produces fine paper and exports it all over the world, has proceeded to issue a bond issue with a 5-year maturity (2022-2027) worth €100 million.

In a communiqué to the market, Semapa specifies that the issue has a “private subscription” and will mature in October 2027, No information has been issued about the interest on the issue.
The operation was organised jointly by BCP and CGD banks (and its investment bank Caixa BI).
