VSP invests €30M in Sesimbra

Vision Supra Partners (VSP) — a Portuguese-Swiss developer which brings together Alcarine SA and the Portuguese AM SF have launched a €30 million residential development in Sesimbra.

The Vale das Amoreiras condominium will be built close to Praia do Ouro in the outskirts of the town of Sesimbra on a hill overlooking the sea.
The project will feature 71 homes with various configurations ranging from studio flats to four-bedroom apartments with gross building areas of between 42m2 and 185m2 with prices starting from €249,000.
The seaward views and views over the ‘Serra’ hills will be among the main attractions of this development that will be sold by the Century 21 Imo Team.
To make the most of the warm climate, the apartments will have balconies or verandas while the development will also have shared garden areas and facilities such as swimming pools, a gym, and spa with sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish steam bath.
The project has been designed by the architects atelier Plano Humano Architects which has incorporated energy efficient systems in the homes as well as thermal and acoustic insulation.
The design is contemporary and blends in unobtrusively with the surrounding green landscape which each of the interiors is done out in different colour tones white, sand and natural wood.
