Microsoft best place to work

Microsoft, Delta Cafés and Hovione are the three best companies in Portugal in which to work according to the study Randstad Employer Brand Research 2023.

It is the largest independent employer branding study that analyses perceptions in the work market and the 150 largest employers in Portugal, and compiles a ranking of the most attractive companies to work.
This year, after three years in Randstad Employer Brand Research ‘hall of fame’ after having topped the ranking for several years, Microsoft is again the best place to work in Portugal in 2023 out of 20 employers, because of results regarding attractiveness and employee brand awareness.
“This recognition reflects the result of investment in the employer branding of these companies and their operations in Portugal, and in the current context, it is even more relevant in that it bestows on them the capacity to attract and retain the best talent and contribute to them standing out in the market.
