The Real Hotels Group has announced the acquisition of the hotels in the Grupo Amazónia Hotéis, as well as the respective hotel operation.

The Grupo Amazónia Hotéis, founded in 1990, currently has four hotels in Portugal with 712 beds: The Amazónia Estoril – Cascais Hotel, Amazónia Jamor Hotel, Amazónia Lisboa Hotel, and Amazónia Palmela Apartments.
Says Vida Imobiliária, with this acquisition the Real Hotels Group will now have 20 hotels in its portfolio with 3,000 rooms and 1000 staff.
Real Hotels, a Portuguese Group led by Henrique de Castro and Eurico Almeida, through this operation, has consolidated its hotel assets after having acquired the Bernardo Gomes Group from Palminvest, the owner of the HolidayInn Express hotels, which at the time owned the Hotéis Real, in 2020, and now has purchased the Grupo Amazónia.
