Vale do Lobo to launch new real estate projects

Vale do Lobo, the company that owns and manages the prestigious gated residential golf community in the Algarve’s golden triangle, is preparing new real estate projects and infrastructures to serve them according to Magazine Imobiliário.

Founded in 1962, Vale do Lobo was he first luxury golf resort in Portugal and over the years has attracted investors, golf players, and tourists, many of whom have bought or have had built second homes and primary residences.
In what it called a new era for Vale do Lobo, the company, which has a new shareholder structure, has renewed its brand image and is to launch new residential real estate projects which will be revealed in 2025 according to Alda Filipe, member of the board of directors and Regional Director of Kronos Homes which is the operational partner at the resort.
Vale do Lobo has around 1,500 residential homes occupied by national and international clients spread out over the resort which has two golf courses, sporting facilities, a spa, wellness centre, several shops, services, restaurants, bars and cafés.
At the end of 2022, Vale do Lobo was acquired by an investment fund linked to Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, including the operational partnership with Kronos Real Estate Group as the company managing and developing the residential real estate.
