A 32-year-old Brazilian immigrant has launched an online platform which promises to change the way clients find consultants and estate agencies.

Henrique Dabdab, who lives in Portugal where he has been working as a consultant for the group Decisões e Soluções (DS) for the past three years, launched Meoagent which is a ‘LinkedIn’ for estate agents and their clients.

Meoagent’s focus is “not on properties, but rather the professionals who work in the sector.”

“As a platform we’re the new best friend for agents and estate agencies,” he says in a statement.

“Our goal is to give visibility, credibility and help these agents shine, displaying all the value that they can bring to their clients,” said the founder.
The platform is free and enables professionals to upload their experience, CV, property sale successes, properties, services, and evaluations on one site.

Dabdab says that among the main benefits that the platform offers to estate agents are “more credibility and visibility in the marketplace; portfolio and results organisation; a meritocratic environment where the best professionals stand out; more business opportunities and an increase in turnover.”

And as for clients seeking real estate services from agents and agencies, the Meoagent founder says that it is easier to “pinpoint the most professional and quailed agents based on their track record and actual evaluations, instilling more confidence when hiring consultants or agencies”.
