Greenvolt sells wind turbine assets in Poland for €83 million
Greenvolt, the renewables company founded by Portuguese entrepreneur João Manso Neto, has sold four wind turbine parks, one of which was operating, with a total capacity of 32.2MW for €83.3 million as part of a assets rotation strategy.
The deal was struck through its subsidiary Greenvolt Power that signed a sales contract with Enea Nowa Energia Portugal’s securities market regulator CMVM was informed this week.
The note states that the projects were in different phases of development. “One of the parks was already in operation, while the other three were in the construction phase and expected to come on line in 2026.
“The operation will once again reinforce Greenvolt’s technical and strategic strategy to carry out projects, as well as the efficiency of its approach centered on the creation of value through assets rotation”, states the company.
