ReVentures invests €225 million in senior residences
Real estate developer ReVentures is to invest €225 million in housing for the senior independent living segment, aimed at the population over the age of 65.
‘Club65’ aims to respond to an age group that currently represents two million Portuguese people, around 24% of the population and which is expected to grow to 27% in 2030 and 33% in 2050.
The first phase of the project will include 900 T0 and T2 apartments distributed across seven buildings, three in the Porto metropolitan area (Lapa, Boavista and Matosinhos) and four in the Lisbon metropolitan area (Benfica, Campo Grande, Portela and Carcavelos).
To meet all the needs of these residents, the apartments will have a 24/7 concierge, maintenance, cleaning, security and emergency response, as well as common spaces with a swimming pool, gym, gardens, restaurant, cafeteria and areas dedicated to cultural and social activities.
Each building includes more than 1,200 square meters of common areas and more than 600 square meters of gardens, with the first opening scheduled for April 2027, in Lapa and the rest until the first half of 2029.
