Eastbanc rents Anjos Urban Palace to Bain & Company

The Offices team at Savills Portugal represented Eastbanc in the transaction that secured the full occupancy of 1,966 m² of office space in the Anjos Urban Palace building in Príncipe Real by Bain & Company.

This is a fully renovated 19th-century mansion that will now house the consultancy’s new Lisbon office.

Located in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the property combines retail, restaurant, and office spaces.

The four spacious, naturally lit work floors offer views of Príncipe Real Square, the Botanical Garden, and the river, while the two shops and the restaurant with terrace add dynamism to the building’s daily life.

The deal was finalized with rental levels that confirm the relevance of this location in the office market and reinforce the attractiveness of the asset.

Designed by architect Eduardo Souto de Moura, the rehabilitation project adapts the original structure to a contemporary multifunctional use, maintaining the identity and distinctive elements of the mansion.

Anjos Urban Palace is currently undergoing BREEAM In-Construction certification, which assesses the building’s performance in terms of energy efficiency and more responsible construction practices.
