The real estate asset and investment management company Norfin has unveiled a €300 million development project for Lisbon’s Campo Grande.

The real estate mixed-use development will cover 80,000m2 of above-ground construction for three residential condominiums (30,300m2), and four office buildings (37,600m), as well as a commercial area with 12,100m2, comprising 12,100m2 with 18 shops, 15 restaurants, kiosks and a supermarket run by Sonae Sierra, promoting a co-existence between traditional commerce and current retail.
In addition to these spaces, Campo Novo will also feature a 20,000m2 garden area and over 2,200 parking spaces.
The funding for this project will be mostly secured by the US fund King Street Capital Management which, together with Arrow Global, owns the land.
