Lisbon’s NoLiPa residential project reaches 60% sales

Property consultancy DILS Portugal has announced that NoLiPa – Modern Lisbon Lifestyle—a residential development currently taking shape in Campo Grande and marketed under a co-exclusive arrangement—has achieved approximately 60% in sales during its first year on the market, a result confirming the project’s strong reception.

Designed to meet the demands of contemporary urban living, NoLiPa introduces a new residential neighborhood concept where modern architecture, sustainability, comfort, and convenience come together to offer a distinctive living experience in one of the capital’s most established locations.

Spanning a total area of ​​63,500 m², NoLiPa comprises 465 apartments ranging from studios (T0) to four-bedroom units (T4), with prices starting at €437,000.
