Porto Business School (PBS) is launching the international version of its postgraduate programme in Project Management.

This launch reinforces the school’s educational portfolio in the field of Project Management, aiming to reach an international audience.

The programme combines theoretical rigour with a practical approach, enabling leaders to apply the tools they acquire to real-world cases within complex contexts and to develop solutions that deliver sustainable organisational impact.

The methodologies employed will allow participants to gauge result predictability and return on investment—while managing timelines, costs, and risks—to effectively lead teams and engage stakeholders.

By participating in this programme, students will develop a critical, integrated perspective, empowering them to make well-founded decisions by balancing strategic and technical variables with the human dimension.

The curriculum is aligned with the Project Management Institute, validating the use of PDUs (Project Development Units) for PMP certification. Furthermore, with the GenAI & Responsible AI certificate, students will possess a solid foundation in artificial intelligence (AI), coupled with a strong understanding of how it is transforming businesses.

The programme is aimed at an international audience, specifically professionals who want to strengthen their ability to manage projects in a structured way, master planning tools, and who need skills to structure processes and accelerate results.

The postgraduate course begins in October, entirely online and in English. More information and registration are available at: https://www.pbs.up.pt/en/programas/master/executive-master-in-project-management/.
