Muda resort commercialised from July

Muda Reserve, a 350 hectare tourist project in Grândola, will be commercialised from July.

The €200 million project from Vanguard Properties, located by the village of Muda, offers a traditional rural tourism in the Alentejo region of Portugal.

The project, deigned by architects Saraiva+Associados offers 50 studio to three-bed village townhouses over 120 to 200m2 of construction area.

The Muda Reserve also features 150 village villas (two-four-bed) over a 180 to 600m2 area and 670-23000m2 plot areas.

In addition the project has Village Farms comprising 50 units (three-six-bed) on up to 500m2 of construction area + 100m2 porch with 4-6 hectare plot areas.

Vanguard Properties says this is a new and innovative residential project involving a residential tourism village built from scratch in the heart of the Alentejo countryside just south of Comporta.

The village is inspired by the traditional Alentejo architecture of surrounding farms and rural villages.

Muda Reserve will offer it residents essential infrastructures including a chapel, sports fields, playground and swimming pool. The residential resort also maintenance and security services as well as a  general grocery store, supermarket, restaurant and newspaper kiosk.
