Lisbon’s Promenade development set for 2019 completion

The Promenade apartments and penthouses development on Lisbon’s Avenida 24 Julho close to Cais do Sodré is set for completion in 2019.

The development comprising 40 apartments, shops and shared garden areas overlooking the River Tejo in the historic neighbourhood of Misericórdia, is by Frederico Valsassina, the renowned Portuguese architect.

The Promenade is located in Santos, on the first line of the Tejo River and stands out for its uniqueness, modernity, luxury and comfort.

The 40 apartments are divided into various typologies between one and six-bedroom apartments, all with access to the swimming pool and a gym, four of which are penthouses with a roof terrace, private pool and unique views over the river.

The project is being commercialised by Quintela/Penalva Real Estate and Porta da Frente Christies has apartments measuring between 69m2 and 448m2 where a large number of the apartments have front or side views of the riverfront.

It also has a hobby workshop with a mechanics garage for three cars, a plastics art atelier, boat yard, sound studio and lobby bar with 24-hour services.

Prices range from €660,000 to €1,453,000.

The developer, AM|48 had the original idea of drawing attention to the new development and its  location by inviting a famous local urban artists to design a mural.

Artist Styler (João Cavalheiro) who was born in France in the 1990s, began his career as a mural painter in 2004, gaining experience through graffiti and paint spray.
