Savills to manage SottoMayor Residences

The property management consultancy Savills has been mandated to manage the SottoMayor housing development in Lisbon’s upmarket Avenida Duque de Loulé.

According to Savills, this is the largest new housing development in the centre of the city. Developed by Corpogest, it comprises a total of four buildings and 97 apartments from T0 (studios) to T5 (five-bed) with 97 apartments spread over six floors already sold. There is also space for three shops and a public parking facility.

Following the large variety of buildings it has under its management and the increase in the number of clients, the consultancy has recently strengthened its team at its Department of Property Management by taking on Sérgio Berenguer.

João Inácio, director of that department at Savills  says, “We presently have in our portfolio a significant number and wide range of buildings under our management and we have taken on Sérgio to boost the growth of our department. The SottoMayor Residences is a development in a historic set of buildings but which have been restored, remodernised and refurbished to meet the requirements of the modern city.”

Savills adds that the “management of buildings of this level of sophistication demands doubled efforts so that the residents can make the most of all the aspects that they can provide.”
