Vanguard begins marketing Muda Reserve Quintas da Aldeia

Vanguard Properties has begun marketing the Quintas da Aldeia tourist village villa projects at the Muda Reserve in the Alentejo.

The 42 ‘quintas’ or ‘farms’ plots with areas varying between 4 and 7 hectares, will provide land on which to build fully insulated homes, with generous areas of up to 500 m2, permitting the remaining areas to be used for market gardening or other activities.
The Muda Reserve, which involves a €200 million investment, covers a 350 hectare area and recreates the concept of a village comprising houses, villas and ‘farms’ with gardens, orchards and vegetable allotments.
The Casas da Aldeia is made up of 50 semi-detached homes with typologies that vary between Studios and three-bedroom properties with areas between 60 m2 and 200 m2 which include all modern amenities and private gardens with swimming pools.
The village is also served by auxilliary facilities such as sports fields, swimming pool, commercial area (café, restaurant and supermarket, etc.), a playground, chapel, among others.
The Villas da Aldeia are a collection of around 150 plots of land with areas of between 670 m2 and 2,300 m2, for typologies from three to six-bedrooms, with construction areas varying between 150 m2 and 700 m2 and just a stone throw away from the village. The houses and villas of the village are not yet in a marketing phase.
All of the infrastructures around the Muda Reserve rural area are complete while all the infrastructures blend into the local terrain and respect all the existing trees in a resort which has been harmoniously integrated into the surrounding environment and is hardly noticeable.
Vanguard Properties is one of the largest real estate developers in Portugal, founded by Claude Berda and José Cardoso Botelho, both with experience in the yield developments segments.
In October last year Vanguard Properties with Amorim Luxury bought 1,380 hectares of land held by the Herdade da Comporta Fund for development into a tourist village and resort.
