Unbabel wins international award in London
Portuguese machine-assisted translation company Unbabel has won the international award for “Best Innovation in Customer Service”.
The startup was recognised for its ‘disruption’ in creating a new multilingual innovative service fir the major players in the travel industry.
The award was delivered at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Award (ECCCSA) in a partnership with Concentrix.
At the ceremony which took place in London on Wednesday night, the jury recognised that Unbabel in partnership with Concentrix had digitally transformed traditional customer support for one of the largest players in the travel industry by creating a multilingual service hub for customers using Unbabel.
CEO and co-founder of Unbabel, Vasco Pedro said, “I feel very proud that we’ve been recognised by ECCCSA for our work with Concentrix and in our team that created a solution that really is disruptive.”
