CBRE represents Signal Capital UK in office purchase
Property consultant CBRE represented Signal Capital UK/Square Asset Management in the purchase of an office building in Lisbon’s Rua D. Luís I nº5.
Located on the river, 100 metres from the city’s Dom Luís Gardens and close to Cais do Sodré station, the building had belonged to the French developer WLA Properties.
The building has a 5,500m2 ABC above ground level and below ground parking for 120 cars.
The transaction will contribute towards the consolidation of this part of Lisbon with one of the most valuable assets in the area populated by a lot of tourists and a number of new residential and latest generation offices that are currently being built.
Offering various amenities, the building’s location is close to some of Lisbon’s trendiest leisure spaces and close to metro, bus, train and ferry services.
