André Jordan Group invests €25 million in expansion of Belas Club de Campo

The André Jordan Group is to invest €25 million in the construction of 50 new apartments and 15 townhouses at Belas Club de Campo in Lisbon with a completion date for June 2021.

“The works which have been awarded to the builder Casais are underway and sales have already begun for the properties” says the group in a communiqué.
The new projects, it adds “Are included in the Lisbon Green Valley Development Plan (Belas Clube de Campo) which foresees, in a first phase, the construction of 366 units including townhouses, apartments and plots for the construction of detached homes.”
Distributed over three four floor buildings, the 50 apartments range from one-three bedroom with a useable area of 89m2 to 169m2 with balconies. Prices start from €420,000.
The ground-floor apartments called ‘garden’ have a garden and private floor and have areas between 40m2 and 120m2.
As to the townhouses, these are four-bedroom with 265m2 and feature garden areas of between 56m2 and 753m2 and have larger plots and a private pool.
Designed by architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, the buildings have “a modern and sophisticated architecture” and are totally integrated into the surrounding landscape and are equipped with the latest sustainable innovations in terms of construction, materials and technology.
“The new products from Lisbon Green Valley aims to meet a growing demand for innovative projects which are of a high architectural quality and uses sustainable construction set within unique locations.
“Moreover, we have incorporated some products that are highly sought after by international clients, like, for example, all of the rooms being suites”, says Executive CEO of the André Jordan Group, Gilberto Jordan.
