Honest Greens to open Lisbon restaurants

Property consultants CBRE has rented premises which will house the first two restaurants from brand Honest Greens.

Honest Greens is a Spanish chain that aims to democratise healthy eating options and uses 100% sustainable produce and products.
The Honest Greens brand will be brought to Portugal by Plateform, the largest national restaurant company.
The Honest Greens restaurants will be in Edifício Lisboa at Expo and Amoreiras Plaza in Lisbon, both in 600m2 spaces. The openings are a step on the internationalisation ladder for the brand whose strategy is to focus on areas with a strong office and residential catchment.
The first Honest Greens opened on 7 February marking a double celebration with Plateform as the 150th restaurant in the group. The opening of the second premises in Amoreiras Plaza is slated for March.
