The Wyndham Grand has purchased the Monte da Quinta Resort and turned it into the Wyndham Grand Algarve Residences.

The Quinta do Lago development has 132 apartments and a spa, two pools and sports fields. The apartments were recently done up by the US group and have been put on the market for sale at €532,000.
Wyndham has invested around €5 million in doing up the development which has been renamed the Wyndham Grand Algarve Residences. The project has 132 apartments between 79m2 and 330m2 and boasts a spa, gym, outdoor and indoor pool, kids club, golf course and tennis court.
The new owners of these homes, which are fully furnished and ready to be rented out for tourism, are offered a guaranteed return of 3.5% on their investment.
Buyers of these apartments, which are being sold through Sotheby’s, can also enjoy stays in other hotels under the Wyndham Grand brand all over the world, in addition to other perks.
The CEO of Portugal Sotheby’s International Realty, Miguel Poisson says that the apartments are the “right investment,” particularly during the pandemic.
“In this specific case, when one associates real estate investment to a solid and highly differentiated brand, the investment becomes almost irresistible,” he adds.
