Kronos Homes unveils Distrikt
Kronos Homes has signed contracts for the sale of 40 of the first 81 apartments in its new residential housing project Distrikt in Parque das Nações.
The apartments are part of the first building for Distrikt designed by Estúdio Morph and Bak Gordon which will be a sustainable and innovative condominium.
The result of a €120 million investment, the project will have 129 apartments spread out over four buildings each with 14 floors, ranging from studio to four bedrooms.
The complex will have a central common area that will have a garden and two exclusive pools in addition to shops.
Rui Meneses Ferreira, partner of Kronos Homes in Portugal says, “We are very satisfied to advance with this project in Parque das Nações, a modern part of Lisbon which has the strong architecture and design characteristic of Kronos Homes. The Distrikt should be a symbol of Lisbon in the future, a city that is modern and very cosmopolitan”.
César Frías Encisco, the architect of Morph Studio who is responsible for the project, explains that the design concept for Distrikt goes beyond aesthetic lines. “It was designed to adapt to the surrounding environment, the city and its people and is the result of a commitment to create original spaces which are functional and pleasant”.
“The project’s strong elements are the verandas which are increasingly sought after by home seekers. The integration between the internal spaces and the verandas on the outside have been designed in a way that creates a single and harmonious environment.”
Kronos Homes has two other residential tourism projects underway in the Algarve. Palmares Ocean Living & Golf, in Lagos and Amendoeira Golf Resort in Silves.
