Lisbon and Porto among top 11 for luxury property investors

Lisbon and Porto are among the 11 most sought after cities in the luxury real estate segment according to the latest edition of the Europa Cities Guide 2021 by Knight Frank.

Quoted in a communiqué, Frank Knight’s senior negotiator European residential cities, Oliver Banks, said that a reevaluation of the needs for real estate because of the Covid-19 as well as a greater demand from domestic clients in the European market.
In turn, the Diretor of the International Department of Quintela+Penalva/Knight Frank, Marta Espírito Santo, agreed “international clients increasingly know Portugal better and know exactly what they are looking for.”
