Portugal Property Fair’s packed programme for exhibitors

The Portugal Property Fair (SIL) will run from 12-15 May, 2022 at the Lisbon fairs centre FIL, in parallel with TEKTÓNICA – the leading construction sector fair in Portugal – with a packed lineup of events, conferences, and presentations. 

The 25th edition of SIL kicks off the round of annual international property fairs which take place in Madrid, Barcelona, Munich and Cannes. It is the main property fair in Portugal which showcases the best in the sector from development, estate agency, banks, services and official entities. Potential exhibitors who sign up for SIL by 11 February will benefit from a 10% discount on the full price of the space their stand or booth occupies. With the event expected to be held in May (It is usually held in October), the developers and real estate agents from the residential tourism segment will also be on hand to make the most of their assets for sale and rent to both overseas citizens and visitors, as well as national ones, in time for the summer.
The excitement generated by SIL within the property sector is evident from the attendance of big name players from the world of property development and estate agency, as well as the main players in the investment markets in Portugal.
SIL is aimed at sector professionals and the general public, including dynamic activities such as conferences, social get-togethers, the SIL real estate awards ceremony, and the presentation of new projects.
SIL is an important showcase for the residential real estate sector (new and second-hand homes) at attractive mortgage rates.
The Portuguese real estate fair is also a platform for attracting overseas investment (Brazil, China, United Kingdom and France) through the direct purchase or development of new real estate projects.

SIL is an annual event organised by the AIP Foundation (Portuguese Industrial Foundation) and Lisbon City Council, while its main strategic partner is the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors – APPII). It also involves the organisational support and participation of APRH (Portuguese Water Resources Association) and APEMIP (The Portuguese Association of Real Estate Agencies, Companies and Professionals) among others.
