The National Aviation Services of Kuwait is one of the entities interested in buying the Portuguese baggage handling company Groundforce.

However, any acquisition will have to await the approval of the restructuring plan which could take several months.
NAS, which has own capital, is a subsidiary of the Agility Warehousing Company, a logistics sector group listed on the Kuwait stock market with a value of US$7Bn. It has contracts with airports in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, employs over 6,000 staff and handles for Emirates, British Airways, Air France and Lufthansa.
