Applications for SIL Real Estate Awards 2022

Applications to submit for this year’s SIL Real Estate Awards but be made by April 8.

The SIL Portuguese Property Fair organises its SIL Real Estate Awards on an annual basis which recognise the best projects and players in the Portuguese real estate sector, including personalities, companies, solutions, entities and projects which stand out for their quality, innovation, originality, skills and vision of the future in 2021-2022.
Applications may be submitted for projects, from companies, entities, for solutions, developments, or independent development phases in Portugal and whose construction was completed and/or the essential work is considered as such, by the applicants in 2021-2022.

The categories are:

Sustainable construction and Energy Efficiency.
Best Real Estate Development – Commerce, Services and Logistics, Housing, and Tourism.
Urban Rehabilitation – Housing, Tourism, Public Spaces, Offices, Commerce and Services.
