The Portuguese real estate agency Zome has signed its first public property contract involving cryptoassets in Portugal.

It made a direct exchange between crypto assets and a property without having to convert the credit into euros.
“The first transfer of a digital asset to a physical asset – a house – without any conversion into euros was made on a three-bedroom apartment in Braga” states Zome in a communiqué. The estate agency also states that it was the first direct crypto exchange to be undertaken in Europe.
