Closer launches ‘+Transparent’ platform
A Portuguese technology company has launched a digital platform for companies to create and manage a channel of whistleblowers.
Closer has launched the channel so that organisations with over 50 employees can have a channel for complaints and whistleblowers which all companies must provide for their employees from next year.
‘+transparent’ is available in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model and in two hours any company can have a complaints about irregular and questionable ethics or behaviours channel up and running in line with new legislation.
“Despite having a common base, the platform ‘+transparent’ is adjusted to the specificities of each type of organisation. There are some concrete points of law that establish rights and obligations specifically applicable to public organisations and others to private organisations and the solution covers both requirements”, says Woitek Szymankieicz, a partner at Closer.
