The consultancy EY is the first tenant at ALLO – Alcântara Lisbon Offices, a real estate project that represents an investment of €125 million situated by Lisbon’s riverfront.

The consultancy will occupy a 8,500m2 area over four floors in one of the buildings which will house the company’s 1,400 staff in the capital.
Developed by Bedrock Capital for a Portuguese family office and designed by Saraiva Associados, ALLO is one of the more striking real estate projects in Lisbon in recent years which has regenerated an area of the city which for decades had been derelict and abandoned.
Located in Alcântara on a parcel of land adjacent to LX Factory, with a view over the River Tagus, the offices are part of an office complex with an above land gross construction area of 39,000m2 divided between two office buildings of similar design and construction, each with seven floors above ground. Each of the buildings have four underground levels with 681 parking spaces.
The two buildings are linked on the ground floor by a central square where green areas dominate and which serve as a central area of interaction between users and fosters a sense of community.
ALLO also has 2,600m2 of open space areas per floor and a range of shared amenities including a multi-use room (for cocktail parties, meetings, and yoga sessions , etc.), washrooms, parking with electric chargers and places for light mobility vehicles (bicycles and scooters), as well as a restaurant with an esplanade on the central square, while each building has a rooftop area.
In terms of user amenities, there is a concierge service with an interactive application aimed at fostering a link between it and its users.
