Alantra, which represents VIC Properties in Portugal, has now received 20 unbinding offers for various properties and tracts of land in what could end up being the biggest property deal of 2022.

The property asset selloff worth an estimated €1.18Bn represents a major divestment by VIC (Valuable Investment Capital) which is focused on the Portuguese residential market in projects from initial phase through to construction, completion, sale and management.
The portfolio of projects includes Prata Riverside Village, in Matinha (Lisbon), and Herdade do Pinheirinho, in Melides (Comporta, Alentejo) – an asset that Vanguard Properties is interested in buying and for which it has made an offer.
Many of these projects will continue to have the current management team from VIC Properties lead by João Cabaça (CEO) and Luís Gamboa (COO) because of their in-depth knowledge of the assets for sale.
Keeping VIC Properties on as asset managers could be an asset for the eventual buyers, particularly in the case of Prata Riverside Village because the project is up-and-running with plots already built and sales underway.
