Bedrock and Europi buy logistics portfolio in Portugal

Bedrock Capital Partners and Europi Property Group have added a new logistics portfolio to its platform Ecologist with the purchase of a number of assets covering 24,000m2 from Santander Asset Management.

Bedrock Capital Partners is a Lisbon-based investment and asset manager which partners with institutional investors in the implementation of real estate investment strategies in Portugal, acting as a local operating partner and co-investor.
The company currently has €291 million worth of assets under management covering 225,000m2 gross construction area.
Among the assets which is manages is the ALLO Alcântara Lisbon Offices (39,000m2) in a Greenfield development for a family office and the Ecolgis project covering 155,000m2 for the Europi Property Group in the logistics segment in an aggregation strategy.
In addition, it manages the LX Factory covering 31,000m2 for a family office and Europi Property Group in the offices and retail segments in a value-added investment type.
