Lisbon’s Mayor Carlos Moedas officially inaugurated the Martinhal Residences – an urban family luxury and lifestyle project – at Parque das Nações on Friday.

Located in one of the city’s most modern neighbourhoods, the development has studios and apartments with 1,2,3 and 5 rooms with views over the River Tagus estuary.
The project, from entrepreneurs and city developers Chitra and Roman Stern, who are also behind the United Lisbon International School (ULIS) and the Education Hub (EduHub) mega project nearby, was designed by the famous Portuguese architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes with the maximum comfort of families in mind.
The residences also offer a unique gastronomic experience influenced by the Portuguese discoverers in East at its Terrace Restaurant offering oriental fusion food that can be enjoyed on the ample terrace which catches the sun at almost any time of the day and offers stunning views over this part of the city and the River Tagus estuary.
Martinhal Residences also features a Kid’s Club wit a range of healthy meal options. The development has a terrace bar and café.
“Opening our doors today is an incredibly proud moment for the whole @martinhal family. Thank you to all for being part of this incredible journey in helping make this vision for Martinhal Residences become a reality”, said Chitra Stern.
And added: “Selling close to 90% of the residences before completion exceeded all our expectations and is testament to our team’s work over the past decade in building the @Martinhal brand”.
The final release of the project is the Penthouse Collection which offers a lifestyle like no other, combining the best in design and comfort for city living with exemplary hotel services. It represents a rare opportunity to own in this coveted riverside @parkofnations district where residents literally have the world on their doorstep.
