Clece invests €400,000 in seniors residence

The Spanish group Clece Vitam has invested €400,000 in a seniors residence in Cascais.

It represents the company’s third senior residence in Portugal. The latest is in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais with a capacity for 75 residents and 35 staff.
The Clece group has been in Portugal since 2007 where it also has senior residences in Fátima and in Areeiro, Lisbon.
At the inauguration of the new residence, Cristobal Valdares Alvarado, president of the Clece group described the project as “innovative” where the resident is made to feel as if they were at home.”
The group employs over 83,000 people of which 1,800 are working in Portugal.
