TAP elected Europe’s favourite airline

Portugal’s national airline carrier TAP has been voted ‘Europe’s Preferred Airline’ for the sixth year running at the Trazee Awards.

The award was handed out by the magazine trazeetravel.com this week in Dallas, Texas at the annual Business Travel Association convention where hotels, airports destinations, cruise line companies and rent-a-car firms were also recognised.
The publication trazeeravel.com is linked to Global Traveler has a target public of between 25 and 40, has content provided by the readers themselves. It is seen as a credible source for travel trends and offers its readers travel tips.
TAP in a statement said: “This distinction places TAP as a reference in defining trends and one of the preferred companies among US millennial tourists.”
It is the second award that the Portuguese airline has received this year. In May its ‘Miles&Go’ frequent flyer programme was the winner of the ‘Freddie Awards 2023’ at a ceremony that took place in Washington DC.
‘Miles&Go’ was recognised worldwide as the ‘Best Elite Programme’, the ‘Best Capacity Redemption’, and the ‘210 Award for Growth Potential’.
