Advised by Savills, the multinational consultancy The Force, specialised in healthcare and services to pharmaceutical companies, is preparing to open its first office in Portugal in the Hoechst Building in Porto, in a privileged area of Boavista, close to Francos roundabout.

According to Cristina Almeida, Managing Director of The Force: “(…) the choice was mainly due to the history of the building, connected to the headquarters of an old German pharmaceutical company, but also to the fact that we have the German Consulate and the Luso-German Chamber of Commerce in the same building. The configuration of the common spaces and office spaces in the building A, when combined with the good accessibility, helped in the decision to have this office in Portugal and in this location”.
In the words of Francisco Megre, Offices Consultant at Savills: “(…) the excellent location, combined with a policy of continuous investment in innovation and improvement of its infrastructures, has captured over the years the trust of large national and international companies, recognised for their demanding standards and selectivity criteria, making it one of the main office buildings in the city of Porto.”
The services offered in this office building in a gated community, plentiful of green spaces, combined with quick access to Via de Cintura Interna (VCI), the A1 motorway and served by the Metro network (Francos station is located 200 metres away), continue to be a guarantee of convenience, increasingly valued by companies that seek to offer their employees a diverse range of services placing people and their well-being as the centre of all activity. The asset includes a restaurant space with terrace, green areas in its surroundings, accessible parking 24/7 with charging points for electric vehicles, loading and unloading docks, warehouse areas, among many other features.
