Mota-Engil boss buys 21,000 shares

The President of Mota-Engil, Carlos Mota dos Santos has invested a further €60,000 in 121,000 shares, corresponding to 0.04% of its capital share.

The multi-national construction firm stated in a communiqué that “Carlos António Vasconcelos Mota dos Santos, President of the Board of Directors of Mota-Engil SGPS” purchased on October 4, 21,000 shares of the company for €2.86 per share.
Carlos Mota dos Santos invested over €60,000 and now holds 121,000 Moa-Engil shares, corresponding to 0.04% of its capital share
Mota-Engil shares closed the trading session on Thursday with gains of 1.27% to €2.80 per share.
