The Portuguese startup Pulsar Finance, responsible for developing a crypto assets management and data supply platform, has announced its ‘exit’ after it was bought out by Terraform Labs (TFL), which operates in the blockchain sector for an undisclosed amount.

“We are really excited to join TFL and be part of its team”, said Miguel Loures, co-founder of Pulsar Finance in a communiqué.
“Since we entered the blockchain industry our vision has been to facilitate the access to and understanding about Web3 for any user, and everything we have built to date has had this in mind, from our crypto assets management portfolio to our data provision tool. It is thrilling to see that our products and values align so well with those of Terraform Labs, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact that this will bring to the ecosystem.”
“This acquisition enhances Terraform Labs’ offer and the capacity of our ecosystem to swiftly bring the best financial applications to the market”, said Chris Amani.
“The integration of Pulsar enriches our technology and adds an incredibly talented team led by three innovative entrepreneurs with a successful and proven track-record in the development and launch of successful applications”, added the CEO of Terraform Labs in a communiqué.
